Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Club L London look, but if it is not quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags and security ribbons attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the security tags are intact, and include the completed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
